If something is not right with your order, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to find the best possible solution.

Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

How to start a return

• Reason for return

Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions.

Return addresses may vary depending on order and fulfillment conditions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and unopened
  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Products must be packaged safely for transport
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect

Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions first.


Supplements & Opened Products

Due to the nature of food and supplement products, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

This helps us maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us and we will review your case individually.


Damaged, Incorrect or Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a product quality issue:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order enters fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.
