SHIPPING POLICY
At ATHLÉQUINE, we process and ship every order with care — because what you put in your body matters, and so does how it arrives.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time and will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the European Union.
At this time, shipping outside the European Union is not available.
Additional destinations may become available in the future.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions and periods of increased demand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where available.
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.
ATHLÉQUINE cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped within the European Union generally do not require additional import duties or customs charges.
If regulations change or additional charges apply in certain regions, these remain the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYS
While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.
If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order enters fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and support resolution where possible.
